Trainer Pay Calculates Itself
The system tracks every class a trainer leads, every package they sell, and every POS transaction — and auto-calculates their commission split at the end of the month. No more trainers submitting their own numbers, no more disputes about who's owed what. Close the month in minutes.
Memberships That Run Without a Front Desk
Members buy trial passes, monthly plans, and elite packages directly through the platform using Stripe. No invoices, no Venmo requests, no chasing payments. Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations happen in the app — your staff exists to coach, not to process transactions.
POS Built Into the Trainer's Phone
Trainers ring up supplements, apparel, and digital programs on the spot from a cart interface in their portal. The transaction records, the inventory updates, and the commission logs automatically. No separate POS system, no manual entry, no end-of-shift reconciliation.
Workouts Delivered, Not Texted
Trainers build structured programs once — exercises, sets, reps, difficulty, demo notes — and members access them in their own portal. The days of texting workout screenshots or emailing PDFs are over. The coaching experience matches what a premium gym should feel like.

The Challenge
A gym with ambitious programming and a premium brand was running on generic software that couldn't handle the complexity of their multi-trainer, multi-package operation — payroll was manual, client programming lived in coaches' heads, and the in-app experience didn't match what they promised at the front desk.
Our Solution
Built a three-portal gym management platform (admin, trainer, client) with member management, class scheduling, workout programming, nutrition plans, an exercise library, Stripe POS, trainer commission auto-calculation tied to attendance and package sales, a GHL lead pipeline, and a premium dark mode UI called Sovereign Sleek with glassmorphism and Framer Motion.
The Results
Trainers no longer calculate commissions manually at the end of the month — every class and package sale auto-calculates and rolls into the payroll summary. The client experience now matches the brand, with AI coaching and a Stripe-powered in-app shop.
