Orders Placed Before Reaching the Window
Customers browse the menu, add items, and pay through the app before they even arrive. Vendors spend less time taking orders and more time cooking. Lines move faster, throughput goes up, and the whole operation runs smoother.

Vendors plot their stops on a dark-mode Google Maps interface before leaving for the day. Their route is visible to customers so regulars know exactly where to find them — and new customers can plan around it.
Trust Badge Sets Quality Vendors Apart
Vendors can earn a Trust Badge — a Stripe-billed monthly credential that shows up on their profile and signals quality to customers who don't know them yet. It's a built-in competitive advantage for the vendors who earn it and a quality filter for customers choosing between trucks.
Loyalty Points Bring Customers Back
Customers earn points for orders, referrals, and reviews. A tiered rewards system gives them a reason to return to the same truck and to bring friends. Repeat business is designed into the platform — not left to chance.
The Challenge
Food truck vendors had no unified way to manage their mobile business or reach customers beyond social media posts — customers had no reliable way to know where their favorite trucks would be, what was on the menu, or how to order ahead.
Our Solution
Built a full-stack marketplace mobile app (iOS and Android) with a customer-facing ordering app, a vendor app with route planning and business management tools, a Stripe Connect payment layer, and an admin backend with analytics, vendor management, and review moderation.
The Results
Vendors can publish their route stops in advance so customers know exactly where to find them before leaving the house — turning a discovery problem into a planning tool that drives repeat visits and higher order volume.
