Commission Reconciliation Without the Spreadsheet

Upload a commission statement from any carrier and the platform parses it, matches every line to the right client, and calculates splits automatically. No manual reconciliation, no end-of-month spreadsheet hell. What used to take Doug half a day now takes ten minutes.

Renewal Dates Tracked Across Every Client

The platform groups every client by how close their renewal is — overdue, 0-30 days, 31-60, 61-90, and beyond. You open the renewals page and know exactly who needs a call today and who can wait. Missing a renewal window is now structurally impossible.

Built a full Business OS with a CRM supporting EIN/UBI profiles and master census data, carrier-specific census auto-mapping to 10+ formats, a calendar with conflict detection, color-coded SMS urgency tracking, Microsoft Graph email integration, document management with e-signing, and a commission tracking engine that handles non-standard CSV, Excel, and PDF imports.
